Exhibitor Information and Instructions
Exhibit Space Fees
Exhibitor Booths are SOLD OUT at this time. Sponsorship opportunities are still available. Contact Brandy at 509-766-7123 for information.
Ultra Booth: Main Gallery, $1,500 each; U1 - U16, these booths are 8' deep and 20' wide.
Premium Booth: Located in the hallway between the trade show and conference discussions, $800 each; Booths P1-P14, these booths are 8' deep and 10' wide.
Standard Booth: Great Hall Booths 1-58, $600 each; these booths are 8' deep and 10' wide.
Equipment Showcase Areas
There are 4 premium indoor equipment showcase areas inside the Great Hall. In addition there will be limited outdoor showcase areas. All inside equipment space is sold at $1/square foot. Outdoor space will be sold at $100 for those vendors who also have inside space or $500 for those who wish to only be outside.
