Exhibitor Information and Instructions
Exhibit Space Fees
Ultra Booth: Main Gallery, $1,200 each; P1, P2, P3, P4, P5, these booths are 8' deep and 20' wide.
Premium Booth: Located in the hallway between the trade show and conference discussions, $800 each; Booths 74-79, these booths are 8' deep and 10' wide.
Standard Booth: Great Hall, $400 each; these booths are 8' deep and 10' wide.
Equipment Showcase Areas
There are 3 premium indoor equipment showcase areas inside the Great Hall. In addition there will be limited outdoor showcase areas. All inside equipment space is sold at $1/square foot. Outdoor space will be sold at $100 for those vendors who also have inside space or $500 for those who wish to only be outside.
